3. How long we keep data

We keep enquiry emails for 12 months and client records for 10 years to comply with Swiss commercial regulations unless you request earlier erasure (where legally possible).

4. Sharing your data

SaaS providers – Acuity/Squarespace (website & booking), Google Workspace (email), and Mailchimp (newsletter) host your data on secure servers.
We do not sell or rent personal data.

5. International transfers

Some providers host data in the USA. They are bound by Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data. Send requests to alida@nowisyou.ch. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or your local EU supervisory authority.
